Women experience different changes in their health throughout various stages of life. Understanding hormonal health is an important step toward taking a proactive approach to self-care.

With the aim of making medical knowledge more accessible to women, Tam Tri Nha Trang General Hospital partnered with JW Marriott Cam Ranh to organize a health seminar for female employees, featuring insights from Dr. Vu Thi Thu Hang, Specialist Level I, Head of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department.

During the seminar, Dr. Hang shared valuable information about female hormones, while listening to and answering participants’ questions in an open and friendly atmosphere.

More than just an opportunity to gain health knowledge, the program encouraged women to pay closer attention to changes in their bodies and take a proactive approach to appropriate, personalized healthcare.
