Guided by Dr. Nguyen Thi Anh Minh, MSc, Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialist, together with Head Midwife Nguyen Thi Bich Mai, this class will answer many of the common concerns new mothers have after giving birth. Topics include postnatal nutrition, rest and recovery, newborn bathing and daily care, as well as the correct first-aid response if your baby chokes during feeding.
